Intro

Here’s a list of all the wonderful things you’ve done this year. We will be spending the next few weeks preparing them for display! Think of fun, interactive ways to display them for your exhibition.

Guide

Step 1 - Checking Inventory: Select your best work. during the next two weeks, you will be showing only the best 75% of the work you’ve done since the last exhibition and decide whether they need to be updated and refreshed before the show. DONE

Step 2 - Make a Plan for the exhibition: Design an exhibition experience and plan to break up the work into 5 major themes. Each theme could have it’s own area or installation. Here is what was discussed in Dec 2023.

  • 2. Street Furniture (Mini Exhibition)

  • 3. The Art of Story Telling

  • 4. The Art of the Future: Highlight can be ‘Nagahaswatte 2040’

  • 5. Paper Crafts

  • 6. Gallery of past lessons OR UNICEF reinstall?

Step 3 - Design and Mock-up each installation: Design installations for each of the themes and map out a plan. It’s time to get to work! Here’s a guide as to how to manage your time.
